Shipping Policy


Thank you for choosing Cooledtured! We are committed to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Below is an outline of our Shipping Policy to guide you through the process.


In-Store Pick Up

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available during business hours/ their scheduled time, and you must make an appointment for pickup. Items can only be picked up in Burbank, CA, or Bensenville, IL. To schedule a pick-up, please contact us at info@cooledtured.com. Text us at 818-394-0023.


Shipping

We offer shipping the following ways:

  • Air
  • Sea
  • Land

We offer free shipping from our Asian warehouses, utilizing ePacket, EMS, and USPS, depending on product weight and size. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.


You will receive an email confirmation with your order and tracking number upon placing your order. We check if the stock is available and process payments for shipping.  If you haven't received an email confirmation with a tracking number yet, you should receive one very soon.


Tracking

Tracking numbers are sent in the same order it was received, and the email date is not always a reflection of when the item was sent out. Detailed tracking information may not be available until the package arrives in the destination country.


For shipping companies, it may take around 3 to 5 business days for tracking information to be updated.


My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”-For some shipping companies, the tracking information takes 3-5 business days to update on the system.

Processing and Delivery Time

Please allow 2 to 5 business days to process your order. Following the processing period, delivery times will vary based on your location, typically taking an additional 3 to 7 business days.

After your order is processed, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery.


“What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?”

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.


Product Backorders

In case of product backorders, your order may be split into packages. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment. Due to these reasons, some items from the purchase might be sent separately, even if combined shipping was chosen.


Pre Orders and Stock Availability;

Due to manufacturers' delays and retail companies' impact on stock availability, estimated delivery dates may change. Hence, we highly recommend ordering gifts at least 45 days in advance to ensure delivery for special occasions. 


Do You Deliver Internationally?

We do not offer international shipping. Deliveries will only be based in the United States.  If you reside in an area where we cannot deliver we will contact you.

Processing Time: It takes (between 2 to 5 business days) to prepare and process an order before it is ready for shipment.

Delivery Time: The estimated timeframe (typically 3 to 7 business days) for an order to reach its destination after the processing stage.

Partial Order Receipt: This happens when an order is divided into packages due to products being temporarily out of stock.

Tracking Number: Each shipment is assigned an identification number, allowing customers to track the progress of their orders conveniently.

International Shipping: Refers to the process of shipping orders to customers located outside of the United States.

Detailed Tracking: Provides tracking information, which may not be immediately available for shipments but can be accessed as the delivery progresses.

Gift Delivery Deadline: It is advisable to place gift orders 45 days in advance, ensuring that they are delivered on time.

Pre Orders: Place orders for products currently unavailable or not yet in stock with an understanding that they will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Stock Availability: Represents the quantity of products for shipment currently available in our inventory.

Manufacturer Delays: delays in production and delivery caused by factors at the manufacturer's end.

 No Additional Charges Shipping: A shipping option that doesn't require customers to pay fees.

ePacket, EMS, USPS: Different shipping methods are used to deliver orders, each with features.

 In-Person Pick-Up: Customers can personally collect their ordered items from designated locations.

Order Confirmation Email: An email sent to confirm the receipt of an order containing all the information about the purchased items.

Product Backorder: An order placed for an out-of-stock product with delivery postponed until new stock becomes available.

Split Shipping Option: A shipping method where items from the purchase may be sent in packages if needed.

Tracking Information Update Timeframe: Shipping companies update tracking information in their systems in 3 to 5 business days.
