How it works

Do I need to create a account to open a payment plan?

Yes. Since we need to save a payment method to process future payments for your payment plan, you will need to create an account to secure this information.

Where can I view my plans?

Customers can log in at to view their plans.

Open plans will automatically appear on the home screen under the Your Open Payment Plans tab. Defaulted, canceled and plans that are paid in full will appear under the Other Payment Plans tab.

My payment method was lost, stolen or cancelled. How can I add a new payment method?

To update the payment method, please log into your account and click the “Payment Methods” option on the menu at the top of the page and add a new payment method. Be sure to click ‘Use for all Payment Plans’ under Usage to make it the default card.

Are there any hidden fees? doesn’t charge any hidden fees. has a simple and transparent pricing. All fees and costs are included, even credit card processing fees.

Does perform credit checks? does not perform a hard credit check. Therefore, will not have an impact on your credit in any way. only performs soft credit checks by reviewing the customer’s credit score as a security measure.

How does refunds work with

I want a refund, what should I do?

You will need to directly contact cooledtured and not in regards to refunds.

Where can I confirm my refunds?

You can confirm all refunds at under Other Payment Plans > Details > Refunds.

How long until the refunds clear my bank account?

Refunds take approximately 5-10 business days to reach your bank account.

I did not get all my refunds yet.

Payment plans require each individual payment be refunded, so all refunds may not be clear at once. All refunds should clear within 5 to 10 business of being processed.

I have a different card, how will I get my refund?

Refunds can only be returned to the card that made the payment. However, if the card has since been canceled or expired, the refund will still return to the bank account associated with that card within 5-10 business days.
